What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage and measurement tags, may support website functionality, preferences and analytics.

02

Our current use

We use necessary browser storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. Google Analytics 4 is configured with analytics consent denied by default and is loaded only after you select Accept cookies in our consent controls.

  • Google Analytics measurement ID: G-WV97ZZKS53.
  • If you reject optional cookies, the Google Analytics library is not intentionally loaded and analytics storage remains denied.
  • We do not currently use the website consent control to enable personalised advertising cookies.
03

Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary and preference storage: core delivery, form operation and your cookie-consent choice.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics may set identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> after consent to help us understand website use.
  • Advertising: no personalised advertising storage is granted through the current banner.
04

Purpose and retention

Analytics helps us understand visits, page use and website performance so we can improve content and customer journeys. Google controls the operation and retention of its analytics technologies; our analytics settings and access are managed for business measurement purposes.

  • Analytics data is not a substitute for information you actively submit through a form.
  • Google may process information on infrastructure outside your country under its applicable safeguards and terms.
05

Managing or withdrawing consent

Use the Cookie settings control on any page to accept or reject optional cookies. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent access to core site content. If you withdraw consent, we disable further Google Analytics measurement for the browser and attempt to remove first-party _ga cookies; you can also clear cookies through browser settings.

  • Your choice is stored in local browser storage as pm-analytics-consent.
  • Clearing site data removes the saved choice and the banner will be shown again.
06

Third-party services and updates

Linked third-party websites operate under their own cookie policies. We will update this policy when our measurement tools or consent behaviour materially change.
